Consistency isnāt about being perfect, about having the perfect amount of time, it isnāt about never missing a workout, it isnāt being disciplined no matter what.
Consistency is usually the missing piece when changes are wanted.
We hit a stumbling block & it stops us.
We realise what we set out to do was unsustainable.
We donāt feel motivated or in the mood, weāre short of time. The workout doesnāt happen.
Consistency drives momentum, which drives, which drives results, which drives motivation, which drives the desire for more, which drives the realisation we donāt need to be perfect, we just have to get good at doing our best given the situation weāre in.
