Great to see such a strong turnout for our first pre-season fitness session tonight 💪🏉
We saw a brilliant turn out of men, ladies, colts, and juniors, as well as some parents!
Brilliant effort from everyone who got involved – it sets the tone nicely for the weeks ahead. Thanks to everyone who came down, your commitment doesn’t go unnoticed 👏

Calling all women and girls aged 11+

Come and give rugby a try! 🏉

For the next four weeks Ashfield Ladies will be running free 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝘂𝗴𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Including rugby skills, fitness, touch rugby which will be perfect for those who would like to give rugby a try or return to rugby.

You don’t need to make all four sessions but if interested, come down and give it go with a friendly, welcoming bunch.

No experience or fitness level required.

Meet at Ashfield RUFC, Twickenham Road, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 8SF at 6.45pm for 7pm start on Wednesdays.
