A little bit about Misfit Training 🩷

If you’re new here, Misfit is my little private gym for ladies who don’t enjoy the typical gym environment.

I wanted to create somewhere friendly, relaxed and judgement-free, where you can feel comfortable, enjoy your training and be yourself.

I’ve also recently started KidFit, helping kids enjoy exercise, get active and build confidence too 🥰

Been in Majorca and still managed to hit the gym 3 times… 💪☀️ So, who’s been behaving while I’ve been away? 👀😂

I’ve definitely eaten and drunk way too much… but that’s what holidays are for, right?! 🍹🇪🇸😅

P.S. Is anyone else capable of spending a week in 30°C and coming home looking like they’ve never seen the sun? 😂☀️🤦🏼‍♀️
