Strength training isn’t about getting “bulky.”
It’s about building a stronger body for LIFE.

As women, lifting weights helps:
✨ Build stronger bones
✨ Support joints & posture

✨ Protect our bodies as we age

So many ladies come to me wanting to “tone up”… but what they really gain is strength, confidence and a body that feels capable again 🙌🏼

Peak District, you absolutely ruined me today!! ⛰️

6am start for the Edale Skyline Challenge… 8+ hours of walking uphill for absolutely no reason whatsoever 😂

At several points I genuinely considered calling air rescue so it could all be over 🚁

Sweating, swearing and repeatedly thinking “who actually enjoys this?!” 😂

But after all my moaning, the views were unreal, the laughs were worth it… met some lovely people! But.. next time I’ll just watch it on YouTube instead 🤣

Apologies to all my clients over the next few days because I won’t be moving much 😂

Chilling with my favourite mug (still makes me laugh every time I read it 😂) after a very busy day of outdoor workouts ☕💪

This week we’ve been putting in the work with tyres, battle ropes, and hex bar sessions — and the energy has been unreal 🔥

Fresh air, lots of laughs, and you lovely ladies absolutely smashing it… doesn’t get much better 👊
