✍️CHESTER MONDAY 7-A-SIDE LEAGUE MATCH REPORT
In the latest round of the Chester Monday 7-a-side football league, a thrilling week of football action took place offering up some remarkable performances and surprising results across the four divisions.
⚽️In the prestigious Premier League, Sheffield Monday edged out Snorting Whizbon by 2-1 in a closely fought contest. Meanwhile, ANCHOR FC managed a narrow win against HARDLY ATHLETIC. The week’s most convincing victory came from BIG L, who displayed a dominant performance against Rovers Return, defeating them 5-0. JIMMY LLOYDS HASSEL-BANK FC also impressed, scoring five goals against Team 1.
⚽️Moving on to Division 1, the highest scoring match witnessed Hoole Rangers FC rout Bhadders FC 7-1. MUGA secured the narrowest possible victory against Lime Greens. WoolyBack Rovers upset Pique Blinders FC with a 4-1 win, while FEED THE GOAT edged out Rubber Dingy Rapids FC in a thrilling encounter.
⚽️Division 2 saw GREAT ESCAPE beat Huzzy Wuzzie FC 3-0, while REAL GREENS triumphed over The Danes 2-1. Mariners and Black Rabbit FC as well as M&S Bank FC and ESC7 both played out 1-1 draws, leading to a tightly contested division table.
⚽️In the Division 3, Rising Stars FC put on a show, defeating Opera Grill FC 5-1. Overton 8 continued their good run of form with a 2-0 victory over Barely Athletic. Ruben Amorim Ur Dad won against Inter Ya Nan with a score of 5-2, and Inhaler FC triumphed over Billard FC with a 1-0 win.
