Congratulations to all of our Youth tennis players on another successful term 🤩🎾! We’ve had some glorious weather and fantastic tennis. Lots of focus on our ‘non negotiables’, creating good habits from the start. We finished the term with fun & friendly tournaments and team challenge events.

Our first Rackets Camp has come to a close 😢. It has been a joyous, jam/fun-packed week 😀! We’ve had tennis, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, short tennis, and even some indoor athletics! 🏓🎾🏐🏃‍♀️🏸

We finished the week with a Team Challenge Day with medals for the winners and treats for all participants 🏅👏.

Thanks to our amazing team of accredited coaches and young leaders who have supported our fantastic participants 🤩, bringing loads of energy and positive vibes. 🌈

We can’t wait to be back in the summer. We’ll be running camps on weeks 1,2,4 & 5 of the school holidays so put them in your diaries and we’ll send the booking links out soon.

This term we’ve been talking to our Tennis Tots about personal bests! We used a variety of skill stations where they could count up their scores and write them down on their own sheets. The second time round they were trying to beat their original scores, and achieve a personal best, which they all did! 🤩👊

Fundamental movements, fine motor skills, numeracy and mental attitude were all covered in one session. Well done our super Tots! 🙌

Tennis Tots runs every Saturday at 9am. Keep an eye out for next term’s course, which starts after the Easter holidays.
