2013 boys and 12/13 girls went to the rec room for a bit of team bonding before the season starts and before the girls head off to Edinburgh for the Edinburgh cup. Everyone had a good night and we wish the girls the best of luck for Edinburgh

As the new season approaches our 2016 SBYL 🔵 squad is recruiting as we progress to 9 a-side football.

Aswell as outfield players we are also looking to add a goalkeeper to the squad.

If you have a child that may be interested in a new challenge why not contact us, bring them down and see if they enjoy it and would like to further their development with us.

We are holding open training sessions in August.

We’re looking for a dedicated goalkeeper to join our 2010/2011 girls squad!

Whether you’re already an experienced keeper or want to develop in the position, you’ll be supported every step of the way with:
⚽ Two team training sessions each week
🥅 Additional specialist goalkeeper coaching through the club
📈 A genuine pathway into senior women’s football

This isn’t just something we talk about—four players from our squad have already stepped up to senior football this season, gaining valuable experience while continuing their development.

From January, players in this age group are eligible to represent our senior women’s team, creating an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself and continue your football journey.

Our Hawks enjoyed some well-earned downtime at Airtastic tonight after another memorable season together.
It was great to see the girls having fun away from the football pitch, with plenty of laughs, smiles and a bit of healthy competition with Gabi coming out on top
Now it's time for a well-earned break before our focus switches to the Edinburgh Cup in August.

Our Hawks wrapped up their season with a friendly against Woodvale. It was a dominating performance from our girls against a side that are only starting their 11 -a-side journey. From start to finish we worked on our possession, passing and movement - sometines at the expense of goal scoring opportunities. We hit the woodwork no less than 5 times before eventually taking a 2 goal lead into the break. In the 2nd half we came out hungry adding a further 5 goals. Woodvale were unlucky not to pull one back after a fantastic save from Maddie. In the end running out 7-0 winners

POTM went to Sophie who controlled midfield, making some fantastic through balls and getting on the score sheet.

Best of luck to Woodvale for the upcoming season ⚽️

Today our Hawks are in Home Bargains Newtownards, doing the final bucket collection to raise funds for their trip to the Edinburgh Cup. All support is much appreciated, girls will be there from 11-5pm

2016 End of Season Celebration
After a fantastic season by both teams we treated the boys to Laser tag at Airtastic Bangor followed by some food! Looking forward to a break before we go again in August ⚽️🔵⚪️
