🏃‍♀️Get Ready , registration for the Heath Graham Ards 5 Mile Challenge 2026 opens Friday 19th June at 9.00 am.

This iconic event will take place on the roads around Newtownards starting at Londonderry Park and running out the Portaferry Road alongside the beautiful Strangford Lough before taking on Finlay’s Road and the rolling hills of the Bowtown Road and looping back to Londonderry Park.

Expect brilliant support, a fantastic Scrabo Striders welcome and the famous Striders hospitality with a race day atmosphere you won’t want to miss.

Registration opens Friday 19th June 9.00am.

💚💜 Amanda Martin 💚💜

Amanda Martin has been extremely busy during the month of may. Starting out at beginning with her 14th marathon at Belfast. She completed this in an impressive time of 4 hours securing 3rd on her age category also which may help with a good for age place on London.

Amanda also is no stranger to parkrun and completed her 250th at comber on 16th may.

Amanda also is a regular at training and is involved in organising ARDS half marathon.

A very worthy recipient of May’s Member of the Month.
