2012s Weekend Update 💜💙⚽️

Abbey Villa 2012s started off their competitive league campaign with a hard fought draw. Any game with a 6-6 scoreline was bound to be entertaining! The guys played a lot of great football, and when they decided to get aggresive the other team found it hard to cope. With a lot of changes and new faces coming into the squad it is fair to say the lads still need to settle and understand each other but a lot of encouraging football being played with subs coming on fighting hard to make selection a welcome headache for coaches! Onwards and upwards on to the next game 😊💙💜

2014s S&C Training 💪💜💙⚽️

Our 2014s commenced a block of Strength and Conditioning training last night at local gym 🏋️‍♂️ 💪

The players really enjoyed and were put through there paces by Ross. A great session and they are already looking forward to next week's class 🏋️‍♂️💪
