I’m a creature of habit when it comes to food… and honestly? That’s what helps me stay consistent. 👏🏼

You don’t need to survive on salads, skip meals, or cut out everything you enjoy to achieve your goals.

You need:
🥚 Protein
🥑 Nourishing foods
🍞 Balance
💪🏼 Consistency over perfection

These meals might look “simple” or repetitive to some people, but they keep me full, energised, support my training, and help me hit my protein goals WITHOUT feeling deprived.

Because women deserve to know:
🚫 You do not have to starve yourself to lose weight
🚫 You do not need to fear carbs
🚫 You do not need tiny portions to make progress

Protein is one of the biggest game changers for:

Weight loss isn’t always a straight line. 📈

Sometimes, you hit a wall where progress slows down, and the doubts start creeping in…

• “This isn’t working”
• “This is a waste of time”
• “I can’t be bothered anymore”
• “It’s too hard”

But this is the moment you need to keep going. 💯

Sometimes, all it takes is a few small changes. Tweaking calories, increasing steps, adjusting your training programme, and trusting the process.

The biggest results come from staying disciplined and consistent even when it feels frustrating. 👊

One of my PT clients experienced exactly this. After a few tough weeks feeling stuck this morning, she hit her lowest weight ever AND lost more inches. Most importantly, she feels amazing mentally and physically. ❤️
