I’m a creature of habit when it comes to food… and honestly? That’s what helps me stay consistent. 👏🏼
You don’t need to survive on salads, skip meals, or cut out everything you enjoy to achieve your goals.
You need:

These meals might look “simple” or repetitive to some people, but they keep me full, energised, support my training, and help me hit my protein goals WITHOUT feeling deprived.
