🌟 Last year’s Volunteer of the Year, Ian “Chalky” White, was recognised for his exceptional commitment to St Andrew Boat Club. Through his tireless work maintaining boats and equipment, and mentoring others in the Boatshed Team, he helped keep nearly 200 members rowing throughout the season.

💫 Just two years after taking up rowing, Amy Henderson was named Young Volunteer of the Year after contributing more than 200 hours of volunteering, supporting her club, helping at Scottish Rowing events and beginning her umpire training journey.

🎉 The 2024-25 Club Coach of the Year, Michel Dearsley, was recognised not only for athlete results, but for the positive impact he had on the people around him. Athletes, parents and fellow coaches praised his ability to support individuals, build confidence and create an environment where rowers could thrive.
