NEW TRAINING BLOCK 🚀

A new training cycle kicks off Monday 1st June — which means fresh KPI’s, new progress markers, and a brand new opportunity to level up your fitness 🔥

Across our Monday, Tuesday & Thursday sessions, we’ll be introducing new Key Performance Indicators to help track your strength & overall progression. Wednesdays will continue to feature the Fitness Test alongside other benchmark sessions throughout the block.

Whether you’re training for , , Hybrid, running races or another hybrid fitness event, or simply want to become fitter, stronger & healthier — our classes are designed to support every level of fitness.

At PDF, we’re big believers in tracking progress over perfection 📈
That’s why all members can log workouts, KPI’s & results through — making it easier to stay accountable and actually see how far you’ve come.

And remember — every workout can be adapted.
If you’re managing an injury, struggling with a movement, or building confidence with certain exercises, our coaches will always modify sessions so you still get an effective workout in 👊

31km For 🏃‍♂️🔥

has been running 10km everyday in January in aid of raising money for If U Care Share who do amazing work to help with families affected by su***de.

He’s came up with th crazy idea on his final day of the challenge to run 31km! So come and support him as he finishes off the 31 day challenge in style.

He’ll be running 3x10km loops (plus an extra 1km) at around a 6:00/km pace so feel free to join him for as little or as much as you want!
