A new piece of equipment has made it's way into our cardio room! Introducing the SkiErg, a brilliant piece of kit. It's a great cardiovascular exercise that provides a full-body low impact workout. It hits your arms, lats, shoulders and core while also engaging your legs.

It can be a great warm up for more intense lifting workouts or a very good all round cardio endurance workout. Give it a go next time you're in. 💪
