One thing I’ve learned from coaching people over the years is that most people give up on themselves far too early.
They think they’ve missed their chance.
That if they didn’t start in their 20s, there’s no point now.
Rubbish.
I’ve seen people get stronger, fitter and healthier in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.
Not because they found some magic programme.
Because they turned up, put the work in and stayed consistent.
You don’t need to be the fittest person in the room.
You just need to start.
