In a nutshell....An innovative, holistic approach to fitness including running and natural movements combined within a unique indoor fitness competition.

1K of running followed by 1 workout, repeated 8 times. The workouts: Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. 10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, sub-categorised by age.

A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – not just for the elite but for everybody!

All you do is work on your time.... Everything else remains ... No complex lifts 🙌
