MAN OF THE MATCH

Our men had a run out against Colchester Cavaliers yesterday afternoon and came home with a tasty win.

Suss dusted the cobwebs off his knees and scored a fantastic try along with his usual work horse mentality, earning himself player of the match.

MINI & YOUTH TRAINING IS BACK!

Come on down this Sunday morning to Mistley HQ and start getting back into the swing of youth rugby.

The ground is still on the firm side, but there's plenty of skills to brush up on that dont involve hitting the deck.

The Mistley Swans women's rugby team are looking for players who want to bring strength and impact to the game.

Rugby has a place for everyone, whatever your size and shape.

Dont let your fitness or lack of it hold you back. Most of us are new to rugby and if you hate cardio, you'll fit right in with the forwards.

No prior rugby experience is needed either. We will teach you the technique, safety, and strategy from scratch.

Training is every Wednesday from 6pm.

Drop us a DM. New players are always welcome.
