Dancercise Dancercise is held at Thistle Hill community hall 7-8pm Mondays & 7:30-8:30pm Wednesdays. £5 cash per class. TONE UP is a fun, hard working exercise class.

As some of you are aware my little boy got diagnosed with Scoliosis and we was referred to Evelina Hospital for more tests and for him to get his back brace. Since his diagnosis I’ve learnt it’s something a lot more common than we all know, but it’s just not spoken about.
I don’t ever want my son to feel ashamed or embarrassed by his back brace.

Stand tall and proud my boy 💙

So in light of this, I as his Mum wanted to raise as much awareness and raise money to give back to the incredible Evelina hospital for everything they’ve done and continue to do for him and for all the other amazing children they treat.

Myself and my family are taking part in a 5K walk for Evelina on the 5th July and I’m using my platform at Dancercise To help raise more money to help this charity.
Of course EJ was straight on board without any hesitation and has been my rock the past few months 💖

So together Dancercise & EJ-Zumba are coming together GO GREEN FOR:
•Monday 22nd June DANCERCISE
•Tuesday 23rd June EJ-ZUMBA
• WEDNESDAY 24th June - Collab session
•Thursday 25th June EJ-ZUMBA
To raise money for evelina and dance for scoliosis awareness month 💚 (NATIONAL SCOLIOSIS DAY 27th June)

Thank you everyone for your continued support and together we can all raise awareness and help the amazing charity that is Evelina Children’s hospital ❤️
