One of the smartest things I've ever done is ask for help.
Not because I couldn't figure things out by myself.
But because I could..... Eventually.

The thing is... Most of us are incredibly capable.

Give us enough time and we'll read the books.
Listen to the podcasts.
Watch the videos.
Try the things.
Make the mistakes.
Learn the lessons.

We'll get there..... Eventually.

But sometimes "eventually" costs years.

Years of frustration. Second-guessing. Years of feeling stuck. Years of wondering why what works for everyone else doesn't seem to work for you.

That's where experts come in.
Not because they're smarter than you.
Not because you're incapable.

But because they can often see in minutes what might take you years to see yourself.

The blind spot.
The missing piece.
The pattern you've been repeating without realising.
The thing that's hiding in plain sight.

That's what I love most about the work I do.

Whether it's fitness.
Nutrition Guidance
Mindset.
Or sitting in circle with women who have forgotten how much they need a moment to breathe.

I get to help people see themselves differently.
To spot the thing that's keeping them stuck.
To simplify what feels overwhelming.
To help them move forward faster than they would alone.

Not because they need fixing.
But because nobody is meant to see their own blind spots all the time.
Sometimes we need someone outside the picture.
Someone who's walked the path before.
Someone who can hold up a mirror.

Someone who can say:
"There. That's the thing."

And suddenly what felt impossible starts making sense.
So if you've been trying to figure it all out alone...
Maybe the next step isn't trying harder.
Maybe it's letting someone help.

A lot of people know me as the PT, especially if you've found my page in the last 6 months.

Strength, Fitness, Movement Coach - Creator of Fiercely Fiit Females πŸ”₯πŸ’…πŸ»

The one who'll encourage you to lift heavier than you think you can and remind you that you're far more capable than you give yourself credit for.

And whilst it's a big part of what I do, it's not the whole story.

Because long before the weights, the workouts and the nutrition as my biz, I've always been fascinated by people.

Why we do what we do.

Why we stay stuck when we know what needs to change.

Why some women seem to shrink themselves down whilst others unapologetically take up space.

Some of the most powerful transformations I've ever witnessed have very little to do with food or fitness.

They happen when you finally trust yourself again.
Speak up.
Set the boundary.
Applied for the job.
Started the business.
Stopped waiting for permission.
Or simply decided that your needs matter too.

That side of my business got incredibly busy last year, and if I'm honest, I needed to take a little step back and refill my own cup for a while.

But lately I've felt myself being pulled back towards it.

Because I genuinely believe that when you change the way you see yourself, your whole world starts to shift alongside it.

So if you've ever wondered what I really do...
It's not about *fixing* anyone.

It's about helping you remember who you are underneath all the noise. And then building from there.

And I bloody love it.

Today's session with the legend!

She came in feeling a bit flat and lethargic after a big day and mega commute yesterday, so we leaned in on the strength part of our session πŸ’ͺ🏼

Higher reps for her main moves (bench and flies), and then moved onto accessory work to use the same muscles but... Differently!

And then a 10 min mini workout at the end as an energizer πŸ˜‰

This time last year, Lizzy was brand new to exercise and a bit nervous about getting in the gym.

Now, it's a part of her everyday lifestyle. Every session includes dancing in between moves, lots of laughter and feeling powerful with her newfound strength and fabulous muscles πŸ‘πŸΌ

✨ β˜• More and more of you are asking very similar questions about the Women's Circles that I host once a month, so it's time for its own grid post!

I originally created them in January 2024 for a few reasons...

Probably similar to you, I have lots of different friendship groups that have grown over time - colleagues, family, gym buddies, different seasons of life mean people coming and going.

But I felt I was missing a piece of the puzzle.

Life is busy - we all are!

And I wanted a dedicated space where I could switch off for a bit. Somewhere I didn't need to wear a particular hat or be someone that had to play a role.

I just wanted to be me, and put aside responsibilities and being needed for an evening now and again.

A space to just show up... And be still and quiet for a bit!

Does that resonate with you?

I didn't know of any spaces like that at the time (2.5 years ago!), so I decided to make one myself!

They really are a gorgeous space to arrive at. You just stroll in as you are. Comfy clothes, cosy socks and blankets, and I take care of the rest for you.

Walk in.
Unwind fully.
Soften all the edges.
Check back in with yourself with some much needed TLC and self-care in many forms.
Float out, and carry on with life in a much calmer way!

I've been procrastinating for ages about how to blend my mindset coaching and personal training into some kind of package and it has been doing my head in πŸ˜‚ because Im on the cusp but can't seem to quite articulate it!

For anyone wanting to get in there at the beginning of our new cycle, listen up πŸ—£οΈ! WE BEGIN THURS AND SUNDAY THIS WEEK!!

For the next 6 weeks our focus will be:

Thursdays πŸ’ͺ🏼 7.30-8.30pm
(The road to) pull-ups πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

And no, that's not simply just pull ups. It will include core, back, grip strength, posture, confidence in hanging with your bodyweight...

Sundays πŸ‘ 7.45-8.45am AND 9-10am
The Glute Lab

*Most* ladies that come to me have never worked on glutes properly... Yet πŸ˜‰. We're about to change that! Expect life to get way easier and your back to do way less work πŸ™ŒπŸΌ oh, and a peachier b***y!

And of course, we'll still be making it fun with mini workouts (that INCLUDE rest) and deep core finishers so that you walk away with those post workout hiiiiiighs each session!

You don't have the TIME or the energy (mental or physical) to be playing the "eat less, move more" game anymore!

Punishing yourself when you're "good" for 4 days and then inhale anything and everything in sight come Friday because you're ravenous and exhausted.

Urgh. We are TIRED! The daily mental load is its own workout.

So let's get real.

The goal isn't to be the smallest version of yourself. Remember - even when you've got there in the past you haven't been truly happy. Have you 🧐

So the goal is actually:

To become the strongest, most energised, most ALIVE version of yourself.

Because I bet when you focus on those goals, the physical results will reveal themselves anyway πŸ˜‰ (I don't just think this - I know because my clients do it all the time πŸ˜‡πŸ€©).

If your old strategies aren't working anymore, you're not failing. Your body just needs a different approach now.

You wanna feel comfortable and confident in the gym but don't know where to start (I've got you. You show up, I'll sort the rest).

You wanna be accountable for showing up each session and finding people on your wavelength (we've got you).

You don't want to have to think about WHAT you're doing - you just wanna show up and know you'll get a good workout in (this is my JAM! I'll do the thinking, you get an hour off πŸ˜‰).
