Sunday shoutout to this one 👏❤️
This one gets two photos because honestly… WOW 🤩🔥
Steph was one of my first new clients when DUFFIT HQ launched. Her goal wasn’t weight loss—it was preparing her body for the London Marathon while managing ongoing hamstring issues.
Instead of jumping straight into heavy strength work, we stripped everything back. Mobility, glute strength and building solid foundations became the priority. It wasn’t glamorous, but Steph stayed CONSISTENT, trusted the process and ticked every box. 💪
As marathon training progressed, so did her confidence. Her hamstrings felt stronger, her runs felt better, and we focused on fuelling performance rather than chasing weight loss.
The result? She not only completed the London Marathon… she smashed her PB! 🏃♀️🎉👏
But she didn’t stop there. With her wedding coming up this year 💍, Steph set herself a new goal—to feel amazing in her dress. She’s now following an 80/20 approach to nutrition, enjoying training, balancing life with two young girls and building a healthy relationship with food.
