Middlesbrough Rugby Club Training is at Lions Park, our Tollesby Playing Site, TS5 7RA. Touch Rugby on Mondays at 6pm. Men: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7pm. Women: Wednesdays at 7pm.

🏉 REGIONAL SEASON DELAYED UNTIL THE 21ST

No, this is NOT an April Fool! 😂

England Rugby has announced that the start of the competitive community rugby season has been delayed.

For Regional 1 and below, competitive fixtures scheduled before 21 September will not go ahead as planned, with the season now set to begin from the week commencing Monday 21 September. (England Rugby)

The decision has been made by the RFU, following consultation with the rugby community and consideration of the ongoing drought conditions and hard, dry pitches across England.

This isn’t our decision — we’re simply bringing you the news as it comes out.

Sam Watson represented the Newcastle Red Bulls U17s Academy in the most recent round of matches against Leicester, Bath and the Dragons.
Sam has continued to make outstanding progress over the relatively short time he has been playing and this is testament to his hard work and dedication.
We are all incredibly proud of Sam and are eagerly watching this space to see his achievements in the future.
