Our Summer Activity & Food Camp is back at Lift St James the Great Academy and it's packed with everything children love.

More importantly, it's a safe place where children can stay active, build confidence and make memories throughout the holidays.

Our holiday camps regularly receive incredible feedback, with over 90% of children telling us they leave feeling more active and confident.

It affects movement.

Confidence.

Independence.

But it doesn't have to take away hope.

Every Thursday evening, people living with Parkinson's come together at St Mary's Boxing Club for more than just exercise.

They come to move better.

To laugh.

To support one another.

To prove that they're stronger than their diagnosis.

Research continues to show that regular exercise can play an important role in helping people living with Parkinson's maintain mobility, balance and quality of life. That's why our sessions focus on purposeful movement, coordination and community in a safe, supportive environment.
