📣 We’re proud to welcome our newest Coach to the 3M Fitness Team 🦁


🫡 James Leadbetter-Brown MC MiD

A retired Army Veteran with 25 years of service, James brings a huge depth of experience, discipline and leadership to the team. Since leaving the military, he has spent the last 12 years working as a CrossFit Trainer, Weightlifting Coach and Personal Trainer.

James has coached across a range of gym environments including Virgin Active, Nuffield Health, CrossFit NWK and AB Fitness, helping people of all levels build strength, confidence and resilience.

I first met James when we both qualified as CrossFit Level 1 Trainers and trained together at CrossFit Cantii in West Malling. From day one, he’s always brought a calm, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful approach to coaching and training.

Outside of coaching, he is also a qualified Scuba Rescue Diver and Master Diver, with a passion for travelling and diving around the world 🌍

So pleased to officially welcome him into the 3M Fitness team 💪
