Most people have been blocked.
Most people have left a group chat.
Most people have cut someone off completely.

But are we really protecting our peace…
or are we avoiding the relational skills that make relationships stronger?

It’s easier to walk away than to have uncomfortable conversations.

It’s easier to withdraw than to work through conflict.

But the troubel is when we choose convenience over cultivating rfelationships, we sometimes leave good people behind, and miss out on great opportunities.

Before you cut someone off, pause and ask:

Is this protection… or avoidance?

OK has this ever happened to you?.......

Have you ever had someone block you on their phone?...

Removed yourself from a WhatsApp group?... OR

Have someone leave your group?

What's up with that? Is it really about self-care or is it something deeper? 🤔

We unpack this on the next episode of dropping tomorrow!

Some people are just naturally kind.

They give without thinking, they show up without being asked, and they pour into others because it’s who they are, not because they want anything back.

But here’s the truth....

We live in a world where takers don’t stop taking.
Not because they’re malicious… but because you keep giving.

If you don’t learn to balance your generosity with boundaries, you could eventually hit a point where you feel drained, resentful, and pushed to the opposite extreme.

You don’t need to stop being a giver.
You just need to recognise when enough is enough for those who only ever take.

Protect your kindness with boundaries.
Protect your energy with discernment.
Protect your peace with a “no.”

Do you keep saying "Yes" when you really mean "No?".......Stop it!

You don't have to diminish or deny yourself to be nice. You can be kind in a nice way.

Do you think Julius dealt with the situation the right way?
If this happened to you, how would you handle it?
