Rounding up a few results from Norwich Triathlon on sunday...

Ben Jackson hits the top-20 overall with a 2:17:08 only 2 minutes off a top-10 hitting some PB's along the way🔥🔥🔥

Dylan Crawley makes his comeback from several weeks away travelling with an impressive 2nd place 🥈 in his Junior Age Group🔥🔥🔥

Carl Jenkins had a really great race coming in with an all-time 9 minute personal best which also meant a 3rd place e in the most hotly contested Age Group of the day🔥🔥🔥

James Crickmore showed amazing resilience after a complete random incident on the bike course where a dear ran from the hedge taking him off his bike - battered and bruised he carried on to finish 5th in his Age Group🔥🔥🔥

Johnathan Lincoln well on his way to his A-Race next month put in a great performance and came away with a huge PB on this course🔥🔥🔥

In the Aquabike event coach Nick Esser took the win overall🔥🔥🔥

Claire Sargeant hit a resounding PB on the course coming away with a win 🏆 in her Age Group & 3rd 🥉

Justin Brown also won his Age Group and came 5th overall 🔥🔥🔥

Unfortunately Mark punctured at mile 19 and was unable to finish
But! The numbers looked good and he was very likely to have recorded a PB💥💥💥

We can only control the controllables 🥴 Onwards!!!💙

Hashtag TT rider Mark Ash took a well earned Age Group win 🏆 and 6th overall yesterday at Norwich Triathlon🔥🔥🔥

Along the way he recorded the fastest bike split of the day by over 90 seconds🔥🔥🔥

What makes this even more remarkable is the health issues Mark has had in the past 12 months
And to then put in this awesome effort is beyond belief🙌🙌🙌🙌

An amazing morning at Whitlingham Park for the 2026 Norwich Triathlon for Hashtag Coaching💙💙💙

Coached athlete Sally Bryson took her Age Group Win 🏆 with an absolutely brilliant 2:39:35 some 9 minutes ahead of 2nd place🔥🔥🔥

The muggy weather conditions made overheating on the run leg a distinct possibility so Sally tried to keep her cool and triumphed in what was a difficult day 🔥🔥🔥

A huge day for coached athlete Lynsey Smith who was at the Norwich Triathlon this morning as the cyclist in her all female relay team The Whilby Whizzers💥💥💥

Lynsey put in the 7th fastest female bike split of the whole day and put helped put her teammates on the top step of the podium as they took the win 🏆 💥💥💥

And, she's posted her best all-time 1-hour power record⚡️⚡️⚡️

What a day of racing!💥

Coached athletes Lee Garrod Denise Garrod & Stuart Supple representing Hashtag TT Club were at the Velo Club Baracchi 25 Mile TT this morning🔥🔥🔥

The muggy conditions and rising easterly wind made conditions less than helpful on the Bungay Bypass this morning but this trio all put in solid work🔥🔥🔥

Stu, coming back from illness last week posted a 57:57 for 6th place overall 💥

Lee, just a handful of seconds behind at 58:05 for 7th spot💥

And Denise, recording a 1:01:14 giving her 2nd overall 🥈 in the female category and what looks like a win 🏆 on age adjusted time for veterans💥

Well Done Hashtaggers👏👏👏

In the Relay event Lynsey Smith is the bike leg of her team🔥🔥🔥

And in the Aquabike event we have Claire Sargeant Justin brown and coach Nick Esser🔥🔥🔥
