In just 4 months, my client has achieved an amazing 4 stone 3lb weight loss! 👏💪

This journey has been about so much more than just the number on the scales. Together we’ve focused on improving nutrition, building a healthier mindset, creating a positive relationship with food, and making sustainable lifestyle changes that fit around everyday life.

The results speak for themselves, but what I’m most proud of is the confidence, consistency, and healthy habits that have been built along the way.

Massive shoutout to Louise for surviving today’s absolutely brutal glute workout! 🍑🔥

The leg shakes were VERY real, and I think every step afterwards was a challenge! 😂

When she first came to me she said, “Help me build an arse, I want to be pushed.”

Well… mission accepted! 💪😅

After today’s session she might be thinking twice about that request, but remember — no pain, no gain! Every rep, every set, every shaky-legged walk gets us one step closer to those goals.

Massive shoutout to Nina for absolutely smashing her circuit training session yesterday! 💪🔥

We mixed things up from her usual PT session, challenged her in a different way, and she gave it 100% from start to finish. That's exactly the kind of effort that gets results.

Little up date on my progress 👙
Offseason has been a challenge for me more mentally than physically.

Going from being lean, seeing abs every day, and to intentionally gaining weight and watching the scales climb has not been easy. We’re are often praised for being lean, but the reality is that real progress is made during the phases that nobody sees.

There have been days where I've questioned the process, felt uncomfortable in my own skin, and struggled with not looking how I'm used to looking. But I kept reminding myself of the bigger picture: you can't build the physique you want without giving your body the fuel, time, and environment to grow.

Muscle growth requires sacrifice. It requires trusting the process when the mirror doesn't always show what you want to see. It means accepting that abs might fade for a while so that stronger shoulders, fuller glutes, and more muscle can be built underneath.

With just 2 weeks left of my first ever offseason, I'm proud that I stuck to the plan even when it was uncomfortable. I've gained the weight needed, built muscle, improved my relationship with food, and learned so much about myself along the way.

Now it's almost time for the next chapter...

Prep starts in 2 weeks, and I'm beyond excited to see what this offseason has created.

The work has been done. Time to reveal it. 💪🔥

At the gym today but honestly… I can’t really be arsed 😅

Running on hardly any sleep, full of cold, low energy and definitely not feeling 100%.

But this is your reminder that it’s completely okay to have off days. We’re all human. Not every workout has to be intense, motivated or PB-worthy.

Some days it’s about just showing up, moving your body a little and giving yourself grace instead of guilt 👊

So today = light workout, lower expectations and listening to my body 🤍

Consistency doesn’t mean going 100% every single day. Sometimes consistency is simply turning up even when you don’t feel your best.
