🏉 Long Eaton Women’s 1XV take the home
Win! 💙💛

💙 Long Eaton 21,
💛 Sudbury 5.

We’d come up short against Sudbury twice before, so this one feels extra special. The defence was outstanding all game against a strong side, and the girls never let up.

🏉 Forward of the Match: Jess Griffin. Still fairly new to the team, but you wouldn’t know it… hard carries all afternoon and smashing through the lines every time.

🏉 Ruby Etchells stepped in out of position at 10 and absolutely smashed it, kicking well out of hand and nailing every conversion.

We’re so proud of how far this team has come since last season. We’re putting ourselves firmly in the mix as strong contenders in the league… watch this space 👀

**U12 Girls | A Masterclass in TREDS!** 🏉🔵

Hard work at training paid off this week as our U12 girls delivered an outstanding performance against Paviors! 💪🔥

But the real highlight? Their incredible sportsmanship! 💙 When the opposition were short on numbers, our girls stepped up without hesitation to play for the other side, making sure everyone got valuable game time. 👏

Showing the very best of **TREDS** (Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship), the girls demonstrated what rugby is all about. The coaching team couldn’t be prouder! 💙🙌

🏉💙 **U18s NLD Conference Cup | Round 1**

Our U18s cluster team, **Long Ashton**, travelled to Chesterfield to face Derbyshire Dragons in their opening NLD Conference Cup game.

After a shaky start, finding themselves 19–0 down in the first 20 minutes, the girls dug deep to produce an incredible comeback and secure a **19–58 victory!** 🔥

The scoreline speaks for itself, but the resilience, determination and team spirit shown to turn things around were what made this performance so special. So proud of this team! 💙👏

⭐ Forward of the Match: Conn
