Another great week at LEBJJ! This week we worked on the guard bottom position!

We’re capping this seminar at just 50 people and the first places have already gone.

On Saturday 12th September, IBJJF European Champion Saul Rogers will be at Long Eaton BJJ for around 3 hours of high-level training focused on ATTACKING THE FRONT HEADLOCK.

Saul’s experience speaks for itself:

This won’t just be three hours of watching techniques either. Expect:

It’s been a hot one at LEBJJ! Well done to everyone who trained and gave 100% despite the heat! 🥵🔥
This week we worked on the back position!

The new members of the Intermediate team that moved up a couple of weeks ago are settling in really well. They are working hard and we are looking forward to see them progress in their new class 👊

After a successful first session, Colin from Rycroft Judo Club did another Judo class with our Ladies team - They all enjoyed it so much and hope to do another one again soon!! 😊💪 🥋 Big thanks to Colin Hatty !

Another fantastic week at LEBJJ! Classes slightly smaller due to the summer holidays, but still great effort from everyone!! This week we worked on the side control position.

We are looking forward to seeing a few of our current Junior team move up to the Intermediate classes from Monday! You’ll all be great and smash it! 💥 👍

This is a friendly interclub competition built for both first-time competitors and experienced athletes — with a strong focus on getting quality mat time.

👊 Minimum 2 matches guaranteed
👊 Juniors, teens & adult divisions
