EVGC offer training sessions to both boys and girls as follows;Recreational/Development/Squad/Rhythmic/Acro/Gym Tots (Pre School)Mother and Toddler/Adult (16+)/13+/freestyle/16+ (display team and social training).

Our Stay & Play sessions are back for September, with sessions running at both our Ilkeston and Long Eaton sites! 🤸‍♀️✨

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE – HEAT
Due to the rising temperatures in the gym, we have made the following changes to today’s sessions:
❌ Recreational & Pre-School sessions are CANCELLED.
⏰ Squad & Advanced sessions will go ahead but will FINISH AT 6:15PM today.
💧 We have multiple fans operating throughout the gym, are reducing session intensity and increasing hydration breaks to help keep our gymnasts safe and comfortable.
Please ensure gymnasts arrive with plenty of water and refrain from attending if they are unwell or unlikely to cope with the heat.
💙 Gymnast safety is always our priority.

☀️ IMPORTANT HEAT UPDATE ☀️

We are still open today, but with some extra measures in place to help keep our gymnasts safe and comfortable in the heat. 💙

💧 Please make sure your gymnast arrives with plenty of water/drinks to stay hydrated throughout their session.

🌬️ Multiple fans are being used around the gym
🤸 Sessions will be less intense
💦 We will have more frequent hydration breaks

Please do not bring your gymnast to their session if they are unwell or you feel they are unlikely to cope with the heat. Their health and safety will always be our top priority. ❤️

🚨 ALL PRESCHOOL SESSIONS TODAY ARE CANCELLED due to the heat.

A little snippet from our Activity Day as we celebrated the final day of our MAG boys’ trip in Ireland! 🇮🇪🤸‍♂️
From inflatables and tubing to a round of mini golf, it was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible week filled with gymnastics, teamwork, fun, and unforgettable memories.
A huge well done to all of our MAG gymnasts and coaches for making this such an amazing trip. ⭐️

The international team auditions are only open to current UK team Members.
