🍻 VALLEY TAKE THE WIN 🍻

The drinks will be flowing tonight after the men took an incredibly well earned 15-0 win over Mansfield 2’s!!
Despite Mansfield being camped in the Valley half for about 60minutes of the game the Valley lads stood incredibly strong in defence and stopped several potential tries!
In the second half they then unleashed in attack with tries coming from Tom Spencer and Adam Hart! Jacob Clarke added valuable points with one penalty and one conversion!
It’s incredible to see the confidence and motivation that the men’s squad are playing with at the minute!
The lads are now off out on their Halloween pub crawl! If you see them around make sure you buy them a well deserved pint! 🍺

Well done lads!!

⚫️🟡 MAN OF THE MATCH 🟡⚫️

Yesterday our men’s team were back at home as they took on Matlock 2’s. Sadly despite a strong Valley team it was Matlock who took the win 7-24.

The Valley try came from centre Joe Bateman which was converted by captain Conor Buxton.

Yesterday’s MOTM chosen by Matlock was vice captain Tom Dexter who as always carried hard and consistently took some stopping when he had ball in hand! Well done Tom!

Tom is sponsored by Cable Laying Equipment.

The men will be working hard at training next week ready to go again next Saturday! 🏉
