🏠✨ Completions Officer – London ✨🏠
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist lender for a Completions Officer to join their team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience in mortgage completions, ideally within a specialist lending environment, who understands the importance of getting cases over the line accurately, efficiently and within the lender’s risk appetite.
🔑 The role:
• Manage mortgage cases through to completion
• Ensure all completion requirements are met accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with brokers, solicitors and internal teams
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay completion
• Ensure cases are progressed in line with lending policies and risk appetite
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Deliver excellent service throughout the completion process
💡 We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a few years’ experience within mortgage completions
• Ideally has experience within specialist lending
• Understands the mortgage completion process from offer through to completion
• Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Can manage multiple cases and competing priorities
• Is confident communicating with brokers, solicitors and other stakeholders
• Understands the importance of working within lending policies and risk appetite
