This class is perfect for extremely stiff and immobile individuals who are new to exercise, all the way up to the athlete - dancer/gymnast/fighter. Variations provided for all abilities.
This class encompasses active, dynamic and passive stretching techniques which are guaranteed to increase your range of motion, reduce pain/tension and free up your movement patterns to you can get closer to your goals.

Tight and immobile muscles are almost guaranteed to cause you an injury at some point if you continually hammer them with high intensity workouts with little to no recovery and restoration.
