Karma Cans We make lunch. Not just any lunch, special lunch. Just for you, at your desk. Fresh that day, delici Who are we, you may ask? Well…..well…. we make lunch.

We don’t quite make it at your desk, we do the making in the Karma Kitchen in Holborn, then we cycle them straight over to you, so on the days where it’s raining and your too busy to step outside, you can still eat the most delicious, fresh and seasonal food. We know that it can be hard to decide what you want for lunch: duck burgers or crab cakes, squid ink pasta with arrabbiata sauce and tiger prawns or pulled pork, slow cooked shoulder of lamb or lamb kofta and mezze…difficult choices…. Thankfully we make them for you and sent you a weekly menu, with our favorites. Trust us, your in safe hands. Not just that but:

Everything that you get from us is bought and made that day, and all our suppliers are local, all our fruit veg meat and fish comes from leather lane, Billingsgate fish market and the local Butcher. You know it's fresh, because we change the menu every day.

Karma Cans is working on a special new product for a few of our clients - it’s called Karma Canteen.

Chef Huso created a pretty special pop-up for one lucky canteen customer yesterday. We’re calling it Huso’s Turkish Mangal and it’s going straight into the KC Hall of Fame.

Sharing flavours from our family and home is what Karma Cans is all about. Thank you for sharing a piece of Turkey with us this week Huso, it was a real treat.

Smokey Chicken Tabbouleh Salad:
Roasted chicken marinated with Karma Cans spice mix, fluffy couscous with tomato, cucumber, spiced chickpeas, raisins, herbs and cured lemons with tahini sauce and flat bread

Pan Fried prawns with Coconut Black Rice Salad:
Pan fried prawns with a broad bean, coconut red and black rice salad with preserved lemons and pistachio served with sautéed greens

Green Crispy Rice Bowl:
Brown rice cooked with turmeric and ginger, dressed in herb and nut pesto, served with wilted spinach, aubergine, avocado and boiled egg (Almonds)
