Big WIN

It wasn’t the planned 70.3 Ironman that got cancelled, but a few weeks ago the T100 came close enough.

🏁 Finish time: 5:04:24

Training was never smooth. It meant constant adaptation, tweaking, reassessing - week after week.

At times, life forces you to build the plane while you fly it. There wasn’t a single perfect block in 4 months, but I stayed committed and kept moving forward.

5 months taught me one thing: show up and dig in, especially when life doesn’t cooperate.

The plan changed more times than I can count.

The STANDARD didn’t.

Onwards to closing out a solid 2026.

It’s about blood sugar

Most founders blame the calendar.

Too many calls.
Too many decisions.
Too much responsibility.

But look at your morning…

Coffee on an empty stomach.

Slice of toast
Pastry.
Granola.
“Healthy” cereal.

You spike insulin before you’ve even opened your inbox.

Blood sugar shoots up, then drops like a lead balloon

By mid-afternoon, your brain is narrower.

ENERGY is your birthright.

Most men think it’s normal to be crashing mid-afternoon, using multiple coffees to push through

Wake up exhausted, collapse by 7-8 pm with nothing left for their kids

Let me tell you it’s NOT.

🗿For hundreds of years, a Buddha statue sat under a simple tin roof in Thailand.

Covered in clay

Unimpressive

Ordinary

Ignored

Then one day, during transport, it cracked.

Inside… was solid gold.

❌ EXPOSED 99% of Omega-3 supplements DON’T absorb!!

You’re wasting your money on expensive oil that does almost nothing.

On the contrary, the diet massively influences the absorption of omega-3 supplements, but ill leave this for another post

I’ve been advocating Omega-3 supplementation for 15 years. At the cellular level, it controls everything: energy, recovery, inflammation, cognitive performance, fat loss, and stress resilience.

Your 40-70 trillion cell membranes are made of fats.

The omega-3-to-omega-6 balance determines how well they function.

So I used a “Gold standard” premium brand

It turns out it WASN’T doing what they marketed!

Wasn’t

How did I find out?

I ran my own experiment.

I ran a blood test for balance through Vitas Labs in Norway, measuring 11 fatty acids and cellular markers.

Then switched to a Scandinavian polyphenol-based Omega-3 oil, highly recommended by a friend on top of his game in functional health

Ran it for 16 weeks (one full red blood cell lifecycle).
