Am I still PTing?

Absolutely!

Been a crazy few months but with everything getting back to normal I want to make you my main focus!

I'm looking to take on 3 individuals who want to really push themselves over the next few months and make the most of the summer.

If you've ever been nervous or unsure about what to do in the gym, how to get started, why PTs don't shut up about macros, started a "diet" and didn't get anywhere etc get in touch now and we'll work together with my main aim to get you to be the best version of yourself and help you in anyway that I can. NEW YEAR DEAL

Limited spaces left!

Every year at the end of December people decide that they are going to make a change and get in better shape. The reality however is that within a few weeks the majority give up on that aim.

My aim in 2020 is to help as many people as possible not to give up on the fitness goals. So I'll be offering 10 individuals a block of 10 sessions for £150, only £15 per session!
