Six years of showing up.

When Liz first joined MF six years ago, competing wasn’t really part of the plan.

But through the community, training alongside others and heading to competitions together, she slowly caught the competition bug herself.

What started as simply coming to the gym became training five days a week, taking on more competitions and seeing just how far she could push herself. Fast forward to today and Liz is balancing a full-time job with training and finishing amongst the top three women in the Pro division at ATHX.

The transformation speaks for itself, but it’s the consistency behind it that we love.

Liz is a pretty good example of what we mean when we talk about the everyday athlete at MF 🔥

What a run we’ve had this summer ☀️

A few moments from the last couple of months.

Lots of training, socials, events and, most importantly, a community that keeps getting stronger.

Thanks to everyone who’s been part of it 🔥

There’s a difference between training hard and training specifically for you.

You naturally gravitate towards the things you’re good at. The movements you enjoy, the sessions you feel confident in and the areas where you already perform well.

1-1 coaching gives you another set of eyes on your training.

Our coaches can identify weaknesses, imbalances and areas you might be overlooking, then build your training around what will actually move you towards your goals.

Whether that’s getting stronger, building your engine, improving your movement or preparing for your next competition, you’re working with coaches who have spent years learning what works and what doesn’t.

Your goals are individual. Your training should be too.

Interested in 1-1 coaching at MF? Send us a DM and we’ll pair you with the right coach.
