April is about testing fitness, trying something new, and competing as a team.
Here is an overview on what to expect, information on each event to follow over the next few days.
Fittest Challenge — April: Wall Ball Warfare
This month, it’s simple — which team can complete the most cumulative wall balls?
Format
* Teams of up to 3
* Accumulate wall balls across April
* All reps completed must be at T3AM HQ with a coach validating each rep (no self-counting)
* Train as often as you like — every rep counts
Teams
* Lock in by Friday 10th April no changes afterwards
Prize
🏆 Top 3 teams enter a prize draw

Why get involved
Keeps more teams in it until the end — this is about consistency, not just who starts fastest.
Sun 12th April, 12:00–15:00 — HYROX Simulation (T3AM HQ)
A full HYROX-style simulation session.
* 8 x 1km runs
* Strength stations (sled push/pull, SkiErg, row, lunges, carries, wall balls)
* Enter as singles or doubles
A great opportunity to test your engine and pacing.
Sun 19th April, 12pm — Padel Social
Our next out-of-gym social is padel.
A mix of tennis and squash — beginner-friendly and easy to pick up.
* Limited to 10 spaces
* All levels welcome
