My client spent last summer hiding. Kaftan on by the pool. Avoiding the camera. Spending a week somewhere beautiful and not really being there — because she was too in her head about how she looked. She came to me not because she wanted to be a certain size. She came because she was tired of her body being the thing that stopped her from enjoying her life.

↳ Set her calorie and protein targets — she’d been undereating and had no idea
↳ Weekly check-ins so nothing drifted for more than 7 days
↳ Education about her body so she understood what was happening, not just what to do
The physical changes came. But the bigger shift was in how she thought about herself. She messaged me from holiday this year and said it was the first time in years she’d actually enjoyed the pool. Not because her body was perfect. Because she felt proud of what it could do — and that changed how she carried herself entirely.
