Making fitness a 75-minute a week (at home) problem, changed me.
Because I didn’t have any good reasons left not to do it.
So, my Weekly 75 got done — consistently.

And, I got in better shape than I’ve ever been.💪❤️🫁
But, now I’m stuck doing it, because I’ve got no reason to quit. 🤷🏻♂️
