I’m lost for words, I was truly surprised when I found out me and my closest mates were heading to Amsterdam for my stag! 😂

Feel incredibly blessed to have such epic lads in my life.

Took me years to figure this out the hard way.

Every time I went hard with a cut, aggressive deficit, loads of cardio, barely eating, I’d lose weight fast.

Then I’d crash. Binge. Put it all back on.

The guys who actually stay lean? They’re not doing anything extreme.

They’re just consistent with a small deficit and not making themselves miserable.

Slow fat loss is the cheat code nobody talks about.

So drop me a follow to learn more about what simple and easy fat lose should look like to end up looking like a Greek god 😉

Every journey starts somewhere.

Mine started in a gym over 15 years ago, that smelled like rubber and ambition, with zero idea what I was doing and way too much ego to ask for help.

There were highs. Moments where I felt untouchable.

There were lows. Moments where I genuinely didn’t know if I could keep going.

And honestly? My fitness journey had more of both than I ever expected.

But here’s the thing nobody tells you.

The hard moments, the ones where you’re running on empty and questioning everything, those are the ones that actually change you.

Getting in shape gave me something I didn’t know I was looking for. Confidence. Discipline. Proof that I could do hard things.

Would I go through every brutal moment again?
Without hesitation.

Your journey is going to look nothing like mine. It should.

But if you’re in the middle of a tough stretch right now, just know the other side exists.

And it’s worth it. đŸ’ȘđŸ»

I’ve Been that guy. 😂 Multiple times.

The plan always makes sense on paper. Cut the calories, grind through it, suffer your way to results.

Then week four hits.

There’s a birthday. Then another birthday.

Then somehow it’s been a month and you’re back where you started wondering what went wrong.

Nothing went wrong. The plan was just never going to last.

The boring version, small deficit, foods you actually like, not trying to make every day feel like punishment, that’s the one that’s still going three months later.

Slow doesn’t feel like progress. Until you look back and realise you’re sixteen pounds down and you still had pizza last Friday.

So if you’ve been going backwards and forwards trying to get your dieting right and your at a point where you are just feeling burnt out, then drop me a Follow for more of this đŸ’ȘđŸ»

Habits ever man should be using to burn body fat fast

What do you think? Did I miss any?

11/03/2026

Lost 1kg this week so obviously I deserve a large pizza tonight 🍕

And that right there is exactly why I spent 6 years going nowhere.

Every little win became a reason to eat back everything I’d worked for. Down 1kg? Pizza. Didn’t miss a session?

Takeaway. Had a good week? Might as well make it a great weekend.

I genuinely thought that was balance. It wasn’t. It was just a slower way to stay stuck.

The shift that actually changed things for me wasn’t more discipline or cutting out the foods I loved. It was stopping treating them like a reward and just
 eating them normally.

Pizza on a Tuesday because I fancied it, not because I earned it.

When food stops being a prize, it stops having power over you. And that’s when the weight actually started coming off.

So tell me right now if you read this and though lol this is me, then I highly suggest you drop me a follow for more content like this to help you get out of the yo-yo dieting funk!
