Iâve Been that guy. đ Multiple times.
The plan always makes sense on paper. Cut the calories, grind through it, suffer your way to results.
Then week four hits.
Thereâs a birthday. Then another birthday.
Then somehow itâs been a month and youâre back where you started wondering what went wrong.
Nothing went wrong. The plan was just never going to last.
The boring version, small deficit, foods you actually like, not trying to make every day feel like punishment, thatâs the one thatâs still going three months later.
Slow doesnât feel like progress. Until you look back and realise youâre sixteen pounds down and you still had pizza last Friday.
