It’s easy to take action when you feel motivated. The real test is what you do when you’re tired, uncomfortable and would rather leave it until tomorrow.

Motivational content can give you the spark — but at some point you have to stop scrolling and act.

Do one thing you’ve been avoiding today.

Have you ever wondered where the money you spend on supplements actually goes?

This year, the British Society for Research on Ageing funded 18 research projects across 13 UK institutions and DoNotAge funded 15 of them.

The research includes dementia, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, menopause and the biology of ageing itself.

So here’s a question worth asking:

Is your supplement money going into marketing or into research?

I know where mine is going.

If you see yourself as someone who’s always trying to go to the gym, every workout becomes something you have to convince yourself to do.

But when you become someone who trains, training starts to feel normal.

You don’t wake up looking for motivation to brush your teeth. It’s simply part of who you are.

“Felipe… just call them mushrooms.” 😂🍄

My client may have had a point.

But mushrooms are genuinely underrated nutritionally. They contain antioxidant compounds and provide selenium and copper, which support functions including thyroid health, energy metabolism and connective tissue.

Higher mushroom intake has also been associated with lower breast cancer risk in observational research — which is interesting, but doesn’t mean mushrooms themselves prevent breast cancer.

Sometimes the simplest foods deserve more attention.

But many families across Colombia have been affected by Monday’s 7.4-magnitude earthquake — and I’m also thinking about all the animals and pets caught up in it.

If you’d like to help, I’ve added the official Red Cross donation link to my bio.

Researchers followed more than 270,000 U.S. veterans and found that each additional healthy lifestyle habit was associated with a longer life expectancy.

The takeaway?

Longevity isn’t built by one miracle supplement—it’s built by the habits you repeat every day.

Which of these habits could you improve this week?

Try the physiological sigh—a simple breathing technique that may help calm your nervous system in the moment.

For longer guided breathing sessions, I personally use the Coherence app. If you’d like to try it, use my code AIRFELIPE.
