Be as kind to yourself as you would to others. ❤️

We can say things to ourselves that we’d never say to another person. So start treating yourself with the same love and respect you’d give to others.

And when we start doing that, we can offer that same love and respect to the people around us, too.

A smile, a hello, a little kindness. It can go a long way.

Flow with me. 🧘‍♂️

Save this flow for your next practice.

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” — Jim Rohn

Yoga does so much more for me than just the physical. It helps my mind, too. Even when I struggle to get on the mat, I’m always glad I did. 🙏

Comment the word ‘Yoga’ and I’ll send you the flow. Travis Eliot

Start your day collecting little wins. Make your bed, have your coffee, go for a walk. Tick, tick, tick. It’s amazing how much better you can feel when you start recognising the little things you do every day. ✅

October is ADHD Awareness Month. ❤️

Just because someone with ADHD seems to be functioning fine and getting on with everyday life doesn’t mean they’re not struggling with things behind the scenes.

Sometimes it’s difficult to put into words what goes on in our heads, and even when we try to explain it, other people might not fully understand what it’s like.

This video is about recognising some of those struggles, because ADHD can be a fu**er sometimes, and it’s okay to acknowledge that.

If you relate to any of this, I want you to know you’re not alone. Sometimes we can feel like we’re the only ones struggling with these things, but there are so many of us going through similar experiences.

And just because we struggle with certain things doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with us. These struggles are part of our experience, but they don’t define everything about who we are.

There are challenges, of course, but there are also some amazing things about ADHD, and I’ll be talking about those in my next video. ❤️

I don’t do as much free-weight training these days, but there’s still a place for compound lifts. 💪

The barbell row is one of my favourites for building back strength while challenging your core and lower back to stabilise your body.

Sometimes I go slow and squeeze. Sometimes I pull explosively and control the lowering phase. Different tempos, same focus: control the weight.

You could be one post away from changing your life.

You never know what could happen if you just put yourself out there.
