Recovery matters too ✨
After movement, our bodies often need a little time to slow down, release tension, and reset.
These are 6 of my favourite stretch & mobility movements to help unwind after exercise or after a long day - supporting mobility, easing tight muscles, and helping the body feel more balanced again.
Move slowly. Breathe deeply. Give your body a little care after all it has done for you.🤍
