WOW! What a weekend! 💜✨
I am still processing everything (and avoiding the worst post-show job… sorting all the costumes! 😅), but I wanted to share a few words.
From our youngest dancers stepping onto the stage for the very first time, right through to our incredible seniors who inspired, encouraged and supported the younger dancers both on and off the stage… every single one of you shone like the stars that you are. 🌟
Myself, Miss Sharon and Miss Imogen are beyond proud of every single one of you. There were plenty of happy tears being shed as we watched from the wings, seeing your confidence, smiles and hard work come to life on stage. Those moments are exactly why we do what we do.
Miss Sharon and .dance – my dream team. 🩵 I simply couldn’t do this without you both. Thank you for your incredible choreography, endless support and for helping every child grow in confidence throughout the year. You are both such special people, and En Pointe is so lucky to have you.
A huge thank you also goes to our wonderful chaperones. Your care, patience and organisation backstage meant our dancers walked onto that stage feeling calm, confident and excited. The audience only sees what happens under the lights, but so much of the magic happens behind the scenes, and we simply couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you to our Front of House team for welcoming everyone with a smile, selling programmes, helping with fundraising and keeping everything running so smoothly throughout the day.
To every parent, grandparent, family member and friend who cheered, clapped, volunteered, bought a programme, entered our fundraising games or simply supported your dancer every step of the way… thank you. Your support means more than you know.
Finally, thank you to our incredible En Pointe family. These showcases are about so much more than dancing. They are about building confidence, friendships, resilience and memories that will last a lifetime.
I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together this weekend. 🩵🩵
