πŸ“£πŸ†βš½ Save the Date! βš½πŸ†πŸ“£

We are super excited to invite all members, coaches, volunteers, parents, carers, sponsors and supporters to our Annual Presentation Day and AGM! (including all of the fabulous Lincoln Invictus Walking Football Club members of course!)

It's a real highlight of our year to celebrate the individual, team and Club achievements of and tell you all about our exciting plans for the future.

This year's event will be a Family friendly, fun daytime event; giving our youth players an opportunity to socialise and play with their peers (and the parents an opportunity to socialise and vent!!)

Not to exclude our adult players, there will be plenty of fun activities and shenanigans for them too!! πŸ₯³πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

We look forward to seeing you all there.
Ours is a vin rouge.... merci! πŸ˜‰πŸ·

Our very own Lincoln Invictus Inclusive Football Club Reapers claimed their second trophy of the weekend, adding the Premiership Division title to their Lincoln Invictus Walking Football Club title from Saturday. Is there no end to their talents?

The trophy cabinet is getting a tad overcrowded this season πŸ™ˆ

Solid performances throughout the day.
The Reapers played with flair, passion and positivity.

A very strong division with little separating the teams, truly exceptional football on display.
All games were played in the spirit of the day.
A fitting tribute for our Stu

Congratulations Reapers πŸ†βš½β™₯️

Two runners up in the Premiership Division

BIFC - Hull and our Lincoln Invictus Inclusive Football Club Vulcans ended the day tied on points. After several hours of intensive football there was nothing left in the tank for a play off game!
So the kindest way was for the two teams to share the spoils!

Our good friends Barton Inclusive Football Club Hull Vikings performed to a consistently high standard throughout the day and played with good sportsmanship and spirit.

Huge thank you to Luke/ Pep who stepped up to manage our Vulcans, relieving usual manager Lucy who was a tad busy with other Cup goings on!

Tim was Captain for the day for the Vulcans to honour his friendship with Stu, borrowing the arm band from the usual (self-appointed!) Captain Benno.

Excellent performances all round

Well done all πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ†β™₯️⚽

The Premiership Division consisted of Lincoln Invictus Inclusive Football Club Reapers; fresh from their Lincoln Invictus Walking Football Club giant slaying antics on Saturday.....Invictus Vulcans, our great friends BIFC - Hull and Dinnington Town FC

Huge thanks to Dinnington Town, the heroes of the hour, who stepped up into the Premiership Division at the very last minute to take the place of a late drop out.
They played with passion and relished the challenge with good spirit

We mixed things up a little in the Prem, with teams participating in standard 6 a-side matches on the grass pitch, and intense 3v3 matches on the inflatable.

The level of skill and talent on display in the division was inspirational

True ballers, each and every one of them β™₯️⚽

The Championship runner's up were our very own Lincoln Invictus Inclusive Football Club Tornadoes!

The team was led by Stu's coach Neal and contained players who has played alongside Stu, both at Invictus and at college.

They played with true passion and honoured Stu through their determination and fighting spirit

Huge thanks to Stu's dad Steve who switched allegiances from egg ball to football and supported Neal and provided motivation and encouragement to the team β™₯️

The Championship Division consisted of teams from Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

We were delighted to see some familiar faces in the Derby County Community Trust team and catch up with the players.

Team Invictus had two teams in the league. Special shout out to Chris from Lincoln College (UK) Pan Ability Team who played his heart out for the Lincoln Invictus Inclusive Football Club Tornadoes in honour of Stuart.

We are eternally thankful for the continued support of our league friends Calverton Miners Welfare

Club Doncaster Titans fielded two teams, the Whites and the Reds and performed to a consistently high standard throughout the day

Well done all.
