What a fantastic day at our Walking Football Tournament!

On 3rd September, Lincoln City Foundation brought together 8 teams from across Lincolnshire, including representatives from our own programmes alongside walking football teams from across the county.

The festival was a brilliant opportunity to come together, enjoy some football and raise an incredible £700 for Parkinson’s UK. 👏

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, took part and helped make the day such a success.

🏆 A special congratulations to Gainsborough, who took home the trophy!

What a fantastic day! 🌟

On 28th August, we were proud to host Little Troopers Adventure Day, welcoming military families for a day full of fun, activity and adventure.

A huge thank you to Little Troopers for the opportunity to work together on such a special event. The incredible work they do supporting military children and families across Lincolnshire and beyond makes a real difference to those connected to the Armed Forces community.

It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day, creating memories and spending time together. We had a great day and are already looking forward to working with Little Troopers again in the future. 💚

⚽ A Special Way to Finish Our Kellogg’s Football Camps! ⚽

Last week saw the final two days of our Kellogg’s Football Camps, and we were joined by some very special guests!

Lincoln City F.C. players Freddie Draper and Jamie Pardington came down to the camp to meet the children, answer their questions and give them an insight into what life is really like as a professional footballer! ⚽

And that wasn’t all… 🏆 The League One Champions Trophy was also at camp, giving the children the fantastic opportunity to get their photos with the trophy and celebrate Lincoln City’s success! 🏆📸

A massive thank you to Freddie and Jamie for taking the time to come along and speak to everyone. The children absolutely loved meeting you!

Looking to improve your English skills and confidence? Our FREE ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) courses are designed to help non-native English speakers develop their language skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

⚽ Open Development Centre is back from Saturday 12th September!

Designed for players aged U7-U16, our Open Development Centre offers the opportunity to develop skills in a fun and supportive environment, with no assessment or trial required to join.

Led by UEFA B/C qualified coaches, sessions follow the Lincoln City Curriculum and is aligned to the FA 4 Corner Model, helping players of all abilities grow and improve their game every week.

For those who excel, there is also the opportunity to progress into our Development Centre pathway.

We were delighted to welcome Rich and James from the Royal Navy to our Active Explorers and Football Evolution sessions for a fantastic hands-on workshop!

Working together in groups, the children designed and created their very own rockets, putting their teamwork, creativity and problem-solving skills to the test!

It was a brilliant team-building activity, and everyone loved getting involved and hearing all about life in the Royal Navy. There were plenty of questions too!

A massive thank you to Rich and James from the Royal Navy for coming along to both sessions, delivering such an engaging workshop and taking the time to answer all of the children's questions!
