I’m so excited to be joining Kristin Hadley for a really special conversation designed for animal-loving women navigating the emotional, physical and spiritual shifts of perimenopause and menopause 💜

During menopause, our hormones shift and fall out of alignment. This can affect everything as sleep becomes disrupted, anxiety increases, energy drops, emotions feel heightened, brain fog appears and often we stop feeling like ourselves.

Together, we’ll be exploring why alignment matters so much during this transition and how reconnecting with our bodies can help us create calmer, healthier outcomes so we can feel more rested, energised, emotionally balanced and supported.

I’ll be sharing simple ways we can begin to realign with our bodies and nervous systems during menopause, while Kristin will explore how our animals naturally and intuitively support our energy every single day.

Animals have an incredible ability to help regulate, comfort, ground and guide us emotionally and physically, often without us even realising it. We’ll also talk about how deepening our awareness, intuition and connection with animals can support healing and self-understanding during this stage of life.

This conversation is especially for:
💜 women in perimenopause or menopause who are exhausted, anxious or struggling with sleep
💜 animal lovers who feel deeply connected to their pets
💜 women wanting to feel more like themselves again
💜 those seeking deeper mind-body-spirit alignment and support during this transition

It’s going to be a beautiful, insightful and empowering conversation and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Come and join us, 1st June: 7pm ✨

Sometimes the biggest realisations arrive in the quietest moments.

Funny how walking up a mountain can bring unexpected emotions with it.

Today brought lots of thoughts of my beloved boxer Milo and how much I miss him. But it also brought reflection on something else too: how quietly life changes sometimes arrive.

Menopause wasn’t one big dramatic moment for me.

It was subtle at first.

Slow weight gain
Feeling a little hotter
A little more anxiousness
A loss of confidence I couldn’t quite explain
Feeling emotionally different somehow
Struggling to find words
Not feeling as happy or carefree as I once did

So much of menopause is talked about physically, but I think the emotional side can feel just as difficult, especially when you can’t quite put your finger on what’s changed.

And because it happens gradually, many women don’t even realise how much they’ve been carrying until one day they stop and reflect.

Are you feeling unlike yourself lately?

If you need support navigating this stage of life, message me, lets talk 💜
