DanceFit classes are a fun and infectious way of keeping fit and having a laugh all at the same time! Workouts to a variety of different songs but mostly one's that you can sing a long too - with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe

Classes are £4 a session

It’s our last class until 2nd November, with no class on Monday 26th October, so come and get your dance fix before our week off! 🎶

A little favour for tomorrow: please could everyone leave the hall and head out of the car park promptly once we’ve finished? I need to get home to bed before an early start on Tuesday! ✈️

How lucky am I to have such a wonderful, kind and welcoming group of ladies!

It can be so nerve wrecking joining a new class but we’ve all been newbies once and I’m always so proud that we have such a friendly bunch that cheers on new people 👏

Nothing but good vibes in our class! ❤️❤️

🔥 WHAT A CLASS 🔥

It was so lovely to see so many people tonight. We had regulars, newbies and people returning after many years. It just goes to show there’s always a warm welcome for you at dance!
