DanceFit classes are a fun and infectious way of keeping fit and having a laugh all at the same time! Workouts to a variety of different songs but mostly one's that you can sing a long too - with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe

Classes are £4 a session

Dance fitness is one of the best ways to exercise because it doesn’t feel like exercise. You’ll burn calories, improve your fitness, lift your mood, and leave feeling energised and smiling.
