Based in LS11 and LS18, our sessions focus on sprint technique, agility, coordination, and movement skills that support all sports. Run by a former GB sprinter and experienced performance coach, we offer:
• Weekly small-group sessions
• 1-2-1 speed coaching
• Free trial sessions for new athletes
