Today is Bi Visibility Day 💓💜💙

At Leeds Frontrunners, we believe everyone should feel welcome to run, connect and be themselves.

Today is a chance to celebrate our bisexual community, recognise the different experiences and identities within the LGBTQ+ community, and remind ourselves that our differences are something to value, not overlook.

Visibility matters. Acceptance matters. And there's always a place for you to run with us.

Yesterday was World Su***de Prevention Day.

Running is more than just exercise - it’s community, connection, and a space where people show up for each other.

If you’ve lost someone to su***de, or you’re supporting someone who’s struggling, please know you’re not alone.

It is important to check in with each other. Listen without judgement. Sometimes just being there is enough.

If you or someone you know needs support, Samaritans are free to call, any time, day or night: 116 123
