Tough Muddet 2026. I was particularly nervous about this event because my last tough mother was in 2024.. I wasn’t able to attend 2025 due to a couple of major event events. This year I felt far from my physical peak, but we’re still determined to smash the course.. which the team and I did. . And we lived every minute of the tough terrain and big climbs ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEXT ONE?

I can’t emphasise enough the great team spirit we have on a Saturday morning. Lifting and pushing ourselves to do new and fun challenging activities. I’m so proud of how this group have progressed in confidence and strength! The 2 things I encourage the most for everyone in the gym!
