I can’t emphasise enough the great team spirit we have on a Saturday morning. Lifting and pushing ourselves to do new and fun challenging activities. I’m so proud of how this group have progressed in confidence and strength! The 2 things I encourage the most for everyone in the gym!

The comeback starts here.

2025 didn’t go to plan. I got knocked off track, and honestly… it was frustrating and demoralising.

But giving up is never an option.

I’m choosing to pick myself up, reset, and focus on realistic goals. I’m picturing where I want to be in 6 months and showing up every day to work toward it.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about resilience, consistency, and proving to myself what’s possible.

If you’ve ever had to start again — you’re not alone.
