Introducing our new Academy Structure 🔥🏉
At OnPoint Academy, as our players grow, so does our setup. To make sure every single player is getting the exact coaching, intensity, and safety they need, we are launching a dual-tier system at our weekly Academy sessions. 📈🏉
Same time. Same pitch. Better development.
Here is how it works:
- Junior Academy (Ages 11-13): Building the ultimate foundation. We are locking in core skills mechanics, safe tackle technique, and high-repetition skills without the pressure of facing much larger players.
- Senior Academy (Ages 14-16): Preparing for senior rugby, pathway trials and further rugby development.
How we do it:
- Both groups train on the same pitch at the same time. After a unified team warm-up, we split into two dedicated zones with our multi-coach setup, ensuring apprpriate coaching and guidance for each age bracket.
Sessions run all-year-round at Broadstreet RFC on Monday evenings, 6pm - 7.30pm.
